Hi, I’m Lucy. I practice systemic therapy with a specific curiosity about how socio-cultural dynamics and structural inequities shape our relationships and inner lives. I work with couples, individuals, groups, and relational constellations of all kinds.
My approach is rooted in a decolonizing and humanistic framework, while drawing from evidence-based and experiential modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). As a longtime Buddhist practitioner and certified mindfulness teacher (c-MTP), I emphasize present-moment awareness and the healing intelligence of the mind-body connection—an invitation to return to our inherent fullness of experience.
I specialize in supporting non-normative relational ecosystems, neurodivergent partnerships, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating transitions such as discernment, conscious uncoupling, and end-of-life processes. I bring heart, humor, and humility to my work.
I hold deep trust in our capacity for growth, courage, and transformation. These qualities allow us to turn toward ourselves with compassion, to examine what scares us most, and to reimagine how we love, relate, and live. Together, we’ll stay with what arises—not through avoidance or habit, but through presence and choice.
When we deepen our ability to be present with ourselves, we expand our capacity to be in meaningful, connected relationship with others.
