CJ Wild Everhart

I believe seeking therapy takes courage. As such, I bring compassion, warmth, respect and openness to the process. I strive to hold a no judgement space for people while working with them to develop new perspectives and tools to cope with challenging experiences and life transitions, thus transforming counter-productive ways of seeing and being. I am a sex positive therapist and enjoy engaging in the work with all different individuals and pairs ranging from intimate partnerships to family dyads. I work as the lead clinician at Homecoming Psychotherapy with the mission of helping people find their way back home to themselves.

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and educator and specialize in individual, couples & family dyad work. My experience includes working with folks from all different walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community, the law enforcement community, trauma survivors, couples and individuals struggling with CPTSD and childhood trauma.

I focus on Relational therapy, The Developmental model, Internal Family Systems and Attachment and Trauma informed therapy. From this foundation, I work to help people find a sense of peace and presence within themselves and connection within their intimate relationships.
