Our Mission

We are all born with immense resources in us; we have everything we need to become our fullest selves. Many of us have to adapt and develop in all sorts of ways in order to manage the unmanageable, often painful world we have to grow into. Often, surviving, getting through, means losing parts of ourselves. We have to put things away that aren't welcome and pick up burdensome beliefs, perspectives and behaviors that were necessary once and now are keeping us stuck. Finding a way back to ourselves, letting go of what was never ours, recovering our presence, our authenticity, our tenderness and our joy allows us to come back home to ourselves. That homecoming is available to all of us and our mission is to walk with you as you find your way home.
